Support/implementation work is billed at $50/hour. Consulting/design work is billed at $100/hour.

Rates for custom programming are quoted on a per-job basis and are payable in three equal installments: the first is due before work begins, the second is due upon delivery, and the third is due upon acceptance.

Detailed acceptance criteria are negotiated before any work begins so there is never a discrepancy between what was contracted for and what is delivered. We charge consulting rates during the determination of the acceptance criteria as these details constitute a portion of the design of the product.

All work that we perform is delivered with source code under the Free Software license of your choice.
<p>
All code that we create is guaranteed against logic errors for one year after delivery. If you find a bug in that time we will fix it at no charge.
