The A MUSTT Foundation (Arts and Music Uplifting Society towards Transformation and Tolerance) is an international organization that enhances peoples awareness about the peace enhancing, transforming, communicative, educational and healing power of music.
A MUSTT provides in Consultancy, gives interactive and innovative Workshops, Training, Presentations and Lectures.
What we are looking for:
A Senior Administrative Coordinator with 5-10 years of experience in running an efficient office.
mother tongue English or Dutch, alternatively French with English
good phone manner, PR oriented and being representative
excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe, Internet Explorer, Outlook,
etc.)
excellent typing, lay-out and writing skills
independency, responsibility and team-working qualities are essential
focus on high-quality work, reaching results and targets
people with creativity, originality and dynamic spirit
knowledge of either the music, the training or the management scene would
be an asset
Expected tasks:
organizing lectures, conference participation, concerts, workshops, etc.
coordinating international network and setting up appointments
running an efficient office and helping with administrative tasks
setting up a newsletter and helping with writing of different
publications, etc.
full responsibility in running the office and managing all projects when
Director is gone.
