We are a small arts and training NGO located in Brussels and we are currently seeking an office managing intern to start immediately. The position includes a two to threes-week trial period, after which it becomes a paid internship, and is initially for the months of December and January although there is a possibility of extending the internship period depending on performance.

Applicants must be proficient in the use of office computer programs; must speak English, French, and/or Dutch (preferably a combination of these); must have experience with filing, archiving and managing finances; preferably in possession of a driver's license; must be responsible and self-sufficient. It is also important for applicants to be able to train other interns and eventually manage the office in the founder’s absence, which will of course be after the applicant has been trained.
